Happy Home Affairs Problem solved

I would like to give a huge shoutout to the lady ( I wish I had got her name )who helped us as we walked in the door at FNB Portside in Cape Town on Wednesday 9th feb. She helped me with my passport application and booking for biometrics. I was beyond frustrated and stressed when I went in and she was so calm and helped me in 10 minutes. thanks to her I feel calm and happy that my application is organised. We bank with FNB so happy to have another good experience
