Happy helper at last,thank you FNB

I wrote a complain on the 29/04/2022about FNB westonaria branch on behalf of my helper,who went to FNB Westonaria to withdraw her R2700 from her ewallet acc,but the money was never dispensed from the ATM.Im happy to say a few minutes after writing on hellopeter,my helper received notifications from FNB saying that they received the complain and they will resolve the matter in 24-48 hours.Indeed the matter was resolved within the species time and the money was reversed back to her ewallet account.As I speak,my helper is happy with her money in her hands.thank you hellopeter and thank thank FNB for resolving this issue ASAP.
