At N1 City today, I received an excellent customer service when there was a very long queue and I was only there to enquire about outstanding documents in my business account new application, when this lady randomly approached me following rather a lengthy waiting period but before I was even called, she took the documents I brought, checked what was outstanding and was helped instantly, thank you so much, you guys are the best #SupportLocal
