HAPPY CUSTOMER AT LAST

Good Morning Team, I come in good faith. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciations for the amazing turn around time on my credit card application. We had a few hicup moments from the 16th of January but when the ball starting rolling everything was smooth sailing. Now this is the FNB that i have come to love over the years that i have banked with you guys. Well done As a happy customer, i would failing in my duties if i dont extend my gratitudes to Zanele from Credit Card retails( pardon me if the dept is wrong and sadly i dont have her surname). She called the other to assuring me that my complaint will be handled swiftly and that she will micro manage it till its closed, Today i can safely say that she has delivered on her promise. Lastly i would like to acknowledge and appreciate Busi Mkhize who assisted with my quotation.

All in all within a day i had finalized my process and in a couple of days i should be receiving my card. Thank you FNB and job well done- i aint moving to any bank soon!!!!!
