Happy customer

For months I have been frustrated by FNB bankers. I complained but not much changed and I felt hopeless. The managers/supervisors that my issues were escalated to didn't help much. I asked to be moved back to my old banker that I was very happy with, the reason why I changed him is because I got an upgrade and I was told I cannot move with him. The upgrade was one of the worst decisions of my life (at the end I even downgraded), because that's where my problems started with fnb. I could not believe the service I was getting after years of telling people that there is no bank better than fnb. I started asking around for a recommendation of a bank I can move to at the end it looked like Investec was going to be my new bank. I was in the process of rearranging my things so that I can move. Unfortunately yesterday I had a situation that needs money. I then phoned the bank this morning. The person at the premier lounge was not helpful as such and in the process he told me that if I want to do anything with my credit card I must talk to my previous banker (whom I complained about many times) because when he downgraded me he didn't downgrade the credit card and no one can work on it except him. I then sent him and the person he works with an email but they haven't even rep****. In the process I decided to look for my old bankers contact details and I found his email. I then sent him an email to ask if he's still with fnb and if yes can I go back to him. Within minutes of sending that email he phoned. The way I was excited I was like a kid in a candy shop. I explained to him what my problem is and how he can help. In less than 10min Mosemane Moloto had sorted out the issue that I have been working on the whole morning. Just like the old times he never disappoints and he sorts out things within minutes. I am soo happy I managed to reconnect with him. I know my old happy fnb days are back and I am not moving anymore. Mosemane Moloto is the best banker ever that I dealt with at fnb. He is a life saver. He goes beyond the call of duty to help
