I think it would only be fair to compliment FNB as one of the service providers who responds to complaints as registered by the clients. I'm glad that my bank does not even appear on the list companies that does not respond . it is a confirmation that one chose the bank that cares otherwise I would be a very worried customer. keep up the good work of keeping your customers happy.
