Happy customer

I have been involved in a ***** **** and hold and behold i go to Springs Mall branch and the branch manager who was interacting with the customers ensuring that everyone be helped. She stopped at the online banking zone to assist. I advised her what has been happening to me and at this atage i was already in tears. With utmost empathy she told me not to worry and brought me to her office. Bibi is a total angel. Within a few minutes she did what she had to had my cards cancelled and had a consultant assist me with getting my new card and also ordered my new credit card. Bibi is a total blessing to the branch. Thank you for taking time out to see to your customers as well as your work. Once again thank you Fnb for employing only the best.
