Happy Client!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful lady named Puseletso from FNB Lakeside Mall Branch in Benoni.

I walked into the branch having a really bad day, but somehow, this amazing lady had me leaving the branch in tears, and I mean tears from laughing! 😂❤️

Not only did Puseletso assist me with my replacement card, but she also took the time to educate me about so many things I wasn't aware of as a Private Client. She was patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and, honestly, just such a joy to deal with.

Her service went far beyond what I expected. She genuinely made my day better, and I left the branch feeling so much happier than when I walked in.

Puseletso, you were absolutely amazing! 🌸 You deserve all your flowers. FNB is very lucky to have someone like you representing the bank. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, knowledge and, most importantly, for the laughter. ❤️
