I had the pleasure of going to FNB Grahamstown branch today to open an account. I met a very helpful and friendly consultant by the name of Unathi Tyani. I must say that I was left in awe by such greatand amazing service to an extent that I walked out witj a spousal cheque account, where i bank at a disciunt. I dont know why i did not bank witj FNB, such an innovative bank that trys to save its ckients some money. I am pleased beyond measure with my choice to bank with FNB. FYI:Unathu is definitely an asset to be kept around, never at one point did she get irritated with the many questions that I hadbut instead ensured thatI am comfortable with the acciunt that I opened. SHE WAS UNDERSTANDING BEYOND MEASURE.
