Wow I'm impressed with the level of Customer Service I have just experienced with Milo and Yolanda. I called to advise that I'm admitted in hospital, as I have never claimed and not sure what I needed to do. Milo quickly advised me that my claim is pending and warmly directed me to Yolanda to have my name changed as this was not previously done. I have to now wait for my claim with no paper work. I'm happy to Bank with FNB and I would like more covers from them.
