Hanging up the phone!!!!

A consultant called me from FNB on *** and asked for my ID number or date of birth. and refusing to first tell me what the call is in connection with. Then he continues to tell me to go to my nearest branch and before I can ask what for, he proceeded to hang up the phone. This is unacceptable from a corporation which takes our hard earned money and calls it SERVICE FEES
