Handover for dominant Account

I have an email from Handover attorney SDK ATTORNEYS for an outstanding amount of R313. 64 supposedly owing by me for a dominant Business Account that no statements can be produced at this point in time by the attorneys. FNB cannot find my account on their system. The last email I received from FNB was on 21 Aug 2018. I will obtain FNB CEOs email to address *********** skills of his employed staff at FNB. "How can we help you".. is a slogan FNB should burn!!!
