Handed over without communication

Good Day

So I just received an email from your collection agency informing me that I have been ignoring their calls and emails and that a sheriff is looking for me,

Please send me copies of these attempts made by them to contact me

I have emails that I have been sending to you over the last month where I did not get one response.

My request was simple, accept or reject the settlement offer, if the offer is accepted I make the payment, if it is rejected I make monthly payments, you did not bother to respond to my emails.

Please can this be investigated and pend all legal action as I will defend any legal action instituted against me, please contact me so that I can provide you with the proof of the emails that I have been sending.
