Handed over to their attorneys for R165

I had a business account with FNB. The business was dormant and there was no activity in the bank account. I used to deposit money just for the bank charges and to keep the account active. There was a time when there was no activity in the account and they informed they would be closing the account. Weeks later I get a call from their collecting attorneys telling me that I have been handed over to them for the R165.34 I owe in bank charges. Nobody from FNB ever contacted me prior to this. I was appalled by this, it was very shocking to me. Somebody needs to look into this, FNB cannot be allowed to abuse processes like this.
