Handed over to Lawyers despite Medical Report and other documents sent to FNB.

I have been banking with First National Bank from 1993 or 1994. I have never used any other bank. My salary was paid to this account until in August 2020 when my employer stop my salary even if they knew I was hospitalised for two months due to Covid - 19. The bank also new that I am their good customer, I have an overdraft and Personal Loan with them. Things became bad when I tested positive for Covid - 19 in June. I was hospitalised and been in ICU from 30 June to 24 July at Mediclinic, Vereeniging and then transferred to Rehabilitation Hospital in the same hospital. I was discharged on the 28 August with oxygen machine to use at home. My employer Unity Incorporation stopped my salary and benefits and I have no income at all and my husband is a pensioner. I sent the doctor's report and sick notes to FNB that I am booked off until February 2021 by a doctor but I was handed over to the lawyers Brooks and Luyt Incorp. The called me and I explain to them that I do not have any income but they insist that I must pay something which I do not have. I will only go back to work in February 2021 if I am well as I am still depending on oxygen and I will go for assessment in January 2021.
