Handed Over HARSH FNB

I have a number of ruining business accounts with FNB. Personally I am also a premier client with them. I was contacted by a lawyer today saying I have been handed over by FNB for a dormant business account. This account was a dormant business that I wanted to start up again later but were focusing on my 2 main for a season. The account ran up a couple of hundred rand in fees with FNB that I did not notice. INSTEAD of contacting their client they simply handed me over to the lawyers for collection. Legal Yes , But! in dam bad taste to treat a customer like that!!! Is it so hard to make a call to a customer and say: "Hey...you might not be aware this is going on on your account , pls rectify." ? But it seems that FNB prefers to take out the stick for their customers at the earliest possibility. Buyer Beware
