Handed over for nothing!!

<p>I have just received an sms from Fnb housing finance telling me that my bond account has been handed over to collections due to non payment on the 30th August. I would like to know how is that even possible because I know for a fact that there is money in my account, why must I be inconvenienced and threatened for FNB's dysfunctional systems...I've been on hold with their Fnbhousing I don't have airtime to waste anymore. Do what you have to do...I can prove that there was money in my account and most definatetly will not be paying for penalties or extra charges incurred as this is no fault of mine.</p>
