Handed over for an account FNB never opened!

Handed over for an account they never opened! We've been trying since October 2019 to open a FNB business bank account, and they could never acknowledge the FICA documents accepted by personal visits to the branch. This account was never opened as we went into lockdown before I could take the FICA docs through for the third time. Now I receive an SMS today that our account has been handed over for collection and that the directors have been listed with the credit bureaux! We never even received the bank account number, yet we are being listed?
