Handed Over although arrangements were made

<p>After leaving debt review I had made firm arrangements with FNB as to the repayment amounts on all my accounts. I have paid diligently, and most months more than the agreed amounts, even catching up all the arears on all my accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I get a call from Hammond Pole attornies instructing me that my account was handed over for my credit card, and that my minimum payment was now 3 times higher than agreed, and that there are legal fees. I was never instructed that my repayment amount was below the minimum thershold...and I have voice recordings to prove it.</p> <p><br />I had made every effort to make arrangements and do everything from my side to avoid this, but because FNB never instructed me correctly, I now have to face penalties?</p> <p> </p> <p>Never doing business with FNB again</p>
