Hammond Pole dont want to give me a paid up letter after settling account wit them

I had 2 accounts with fnb in 2013 and 2017 if I'm not mistaken, I then had financial difficulty along the way and had to write to fnb regarding these 2 accounts. to cut a long story short fnb didn't reply to any of my mails and resorted to handing over my accounts to multiple bookies and debt collectors causing these accounts to have way more interest that they initially had. fast forward to 2021, I eventually managed to speak to the debt collectors and requested a settlement offer on the 2 accounts and were given the amounts of R20,841 and R32,561 respectfully on both accounts. however, a certain law-firm by the name of Hammond pole and agent by the name of Dilon Peters who thinks is king must have his **** licked and being arrogant is refusing with my paid up letter telling me that the money has not reflected on their systems yet and that i must speak to their debtor for a paid up letter and that it was system generated, but it was he who called me daily about payment and sending me annoying sms' about settling the account. i mean this is absolutely ******* because the payment was made from an fnb account to an fnb account. i need this paid up letter and i need to know if the amounts with fnb will be cleared and that my name be removed from Experian and other credit bureaus so i can move on. the law-firm that was very nice to me and assisted my speedily was Ramdup and a lady by the name of Beauty was handling my case. it cannot be that a long standing client of fnb gets this kind of treatment.
