HALF SERVICE!!!!

I laid a complaint on this platform for *****ulent transactions on my account, you've paid back only one transaction, I went to the branch in Springbok and we called your ***** department, they said they cannot put us through to the Investigator. One transaction of R1550 was reversed back and now I'm waiting for the R4960!! Please help ASAP It's been exactly 1 month since my money disappeared from my account.
