Half-ass processing of loan applications

Loan applications are processed incorrectly while the documentation clearly states the purpose of the loan. I'm trying to apply for a pension-backed loan to BUY PROPERTY, yet my application was denied because I DO NOT OWN THE PROPERTY....

How does this make sense in any way? Utterly disgusted at the level of service they wish to provide. I was considering moving to FNB, but as things now stand, I'd rather suffer with my current bank.
