Half a R100 Dispensed at an atm

This all started on the 25th of August 2019 I sent an ewallet to myself and I went to withdraw money from the atm in Spruitview shopping center. When I got there the atm wasn't working so I drove to the shopping center opposite Chris Hani mall and it didn't have money so I proceeded I went to Chris Hani mall to the atm close to the pharmacy n when I withdrew I found that the the atm gave me R300 and literally half a R100! It was a Sunday so there was nothing I could do but wait for Monday, so I when Monday came I went to the bank to lodge my claim and I was told to wait for a phone call from them as they had to wait for the atm guys to do an investigation. It's been more than a week no phone call no nothing!!! Obviously the atms get refilled with money and you guys want to tell me that you guys didn't find half of the ****en R100. Do you guys not value your ****en CLIENTS. Or is it because I stay in a ****en TOWNSHIP that I DON'T MATTER???? I DEMAND TO BE REFUNDED NOW!!!I'M HIGHLY CONVIENCED!!!! FNB VALUE YOUR CLIENTS!!! I am at the branch trying to sort out your mess which means I am loosing out on sales for the day. This is unacceptable. This is not my mess. Sort your **** out. Traveling here costs money and time. I am loosing out.
