Had the worst experience

Personally, I find FNB to be the worse bank to I have used in my life, 1stly when I moved to a gold account I started getting charges that I did know off then I got ****med through and FNB try didn't even try to help me recover my money even though the ******* used the same bank and the account was still active, to make matters worse the bank did not even try help the police when they were trying to get a hold of them with my case then eventually that case closed as FNB was of no help. Then today my app on my phone got delinked for no good reason and when I try linking after inputting all the details on the app a pop up shows up that states that the system is down. I have had too many bad experiences with FNB bank and now I just want to pay off my overdraft and credit and just close the account and going forward everyone that asks for my advice I will make sure that they don't go to FNB as I feel like they don't care about their customers.

In the meantime, I have opened a private account with ABSA and I'm so happy with the service and the fees actually work out to be less than what I am paying at FNB on a general account as they don't have hidden fees.
