so i went into your branch today to activate my account, i was told i would be helped. after an hour of waiting i was told i cant be assisted without an activation fee of 500, which on the call i was not advised of on the call... i am getting absolutlly no response from you and now im going to the ombudsman... facebookm twitter, you name it...
