Hi guys.let me share my dissatisfaction with your banking system.firstly I would like to clarify that my bank account was not hacked instead my Facebook account was breached via a Chrome extension I downloaded that accessed my saved login and the hackers broke the sha encryption and accessed my business facebook ad account.in there they ran countless advertising campaigns with exorbitant advertising budgets..this ad Account was linked to a fnb debit card.i received an sms notifying that facebook had debited my account for these *****ulent charges..ok so all of the above context has nothing to do with fnb.

However I am concerned that transactions of high value was automatically run on facebook's end which impacted my bank account without me approving it and no otp etc.

I'm under the impression that you guys at fnb call it based on reputation..so for example if Google or Microsoft or some reputable brands runs a debit roll..it gets pushed through...now based on my story..is it fair to adopt this policy while we are left with the losing.

This is very concerning. Basically what it means..and if anyone reading this who banks with fnb..you will also be affected by this failure of the banking system.

Anyone company that has your card info..can extract funds from your account without your approval.

so who is in control of my bank account..me or fnb or visa cause at times like this we question how secure is our finances when it's linked to a debit card.

On a different note.i probably would have to kiss my funds goodbye cause facebook don't entertain disputes. Had your system been more secure.all of this could of been avoided.
