Gurading a non functioning ATM!

Once again I have to complain that the FNB ATM at Hassans garage in Colorado Park, Mitchells Plain is not working. In this instance it is going on to close to 2 weeks. From my previous engagements with FNB, I indicated that this is one of the few ATM not upgraded, but my complaint has been ignored. Worse of all there is a security guard guarding a broken machine, doesn't make a lot of sense. In the absence of a working FNB ATM, I have to utilize another banks ATM and this has financial implications. FNB can thus reimburse me for bank charges incurred until the ATM is fixed.
