Gross negligence!!
Still dealing with the same issue regarding my title deed which FNB lost. I was informed that I have to redo the process at Master’s who have today informed me otherwise.
I’m extremely frustrated and really need this matter to be resolved urgently.

03 May 2024, 15:45I have just received an email from a lawyer assigned by FNB to assist pro bono stating that the matter will need me to appoint a lawyer and pay from my own pocket. WHY?? FNB lost my title deed. I’m not interested in how they go about replacing it but I want my title deed. This has been going on for a year now.
