GROENEWALD LUBBE AND FNB HELL

Sometime in the year 2020 I was retrenched due to Covid19, I could no longer afford to pay for the above mentioned credit card, I subsequently handed over to Groenewald Lubbe debt Collection Attorneys, I’ve been rigorously paying them what I can afford monthly but they keep harassing me to increase the payment ,payment was increased in September 2024 and yet I'm still being harrased for another increase,must I sell my organs to pay Groenewald Lubbe??? Judging by the amount of complaints about this company on Hallo Peter and Google reviews, I believe FNB made a huge mistake working with them…

I need a detailed statement on the above-mentioned credit card as the one I get from GROENEWALD LUBBE is not accurate, is there a possibility that I can pay FNB directly and bypass them? I would also like to settle the account in full but again, dealing with GROENEWALD LUBBE is unbearable , please advise on a way forward.
