Grody banks just pocket our money with out a second thought to us as clients.

I had a cheque account with FNB that I requested to be closed numarous times and FNB agents would not close it as they advised that it was linked to other savings accounts I had with them. Mind you i was no longer using this account as there seemed to be strange and un explainable changes on this accout. Moving forward to now I recieved 2 payments using my phone number by two individuals and when I contact FNB th reverse these transactions in my check accout the told me that it's not something they can do and that I just need to asked the the people that deposited to send them a reversal form at a charge of R300 each and after having sent R500 and you are told that you will be charged 300 of that money and only get 200 then what is the point of the reversal? I'm now being hounded by people wanting thier money which I sent even have as FNB has pocketed it.
