GREEDY BANK! CHANGING DEBIT ORDER DATES WITHOUT MY APPROVAL!!!

FNB, why are you sending me notifications that my personal and covid loan will be debited on the 18th of December when my debit order date is the 26th of each month ?! Please stop being greedy, seriously!!! My pay date changes each year in December as our December salaries are based on when we close! I am so frustrated with FNB already!! Then to top it off when I complain on Hellopeter I am emailed and NOT called!!!! I have a Huawei so I do not get a notification of an email coming through so PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME AND CALL WITH FEEDBACK!
