Greatly disappointing FNB ATM experience

On Monday the 6th of July 2020 I went to the New Germany branch to deposit funds. The money got swallowed and a portion of it stuck in the counting machine. I was unable to retrieve any of it. Only received some slip informing me of an unsuccessful deposit. So inconvenienced.v

Security advised I come the following day as the branch connected to that ATM machine was closed. The following day I visited the branch. Was told I'd receive notification by email and funds back into my account. This has still not been done. It's infuriating because one expects the standards at FNB to be at a different level to other banks. I have bills to pay with that money.

I caution anyone who wants to deposit funds using ATM machines, such a mess. Now I will need to stand the never ending queues during the peak of this virus and be sent back home with another promise.
