I had a complaint with how my account was handled and within 48 hours I received a call from the complaints team to handle my dissatisfaction, The lady really went the extra mile to get this issue resolved and within a week the matter was resolved . I am soo greatful to hellopeter as now I no longer have stress dealing with my issue. I am soo fortunate that I can express my dissatisfaction in such platforms and express myself without feeling judged and not being listened to.
