Greatest service ever from Thokizile Mahlnagu

Good Day <br> I hereby wish to commend Thokozile Mahlangu on her absolutely incredible customer service.<br> I had made a mistake on the amount of an overdraft and had been told over and over again that it could not be corrected. <br> I spoke to a lady named Nqobile on the overdraft's department at a call center ,who was rude and not willing to listen to me, she told me there is nothing she can do for me. I have to wait 31 Days or I can take a loan to fix the problem.<br> It's amazing how consultants can mislead clients and getting them into more debts by being ********. <br> I went to the bank I spoke to someone else before speaking to Thokozile it's a pity I cannot remember her name, but she also told me the same thing as Nqobile. At least she was not rude.<br> I was about to leave the bank Thokozile insisted I come and sit, Hopeless as I was, her welcoming smile and a willing voice made me feel at ease.
