greatest service ever

I had an issue with my cheque account and sent email to fnb and the lady who was dealing with my query is the best, we need more people like her. she resolved everything in a day over the phone no issues no hiccups, she needs to teach a few about customer service. I don't know what more to say about her service but its the best I have ever experienced in my life keep it up Patricia
