Great work Ms Wisani Makhubele

I would like to forward my utmost gratitude and compliment to Wisani Makhubele of the Alexandra Plaza branch. Myself 3 other members of a newly formed company needed to get the Business Account opened on Monday but due to work and commitments we only arrived at the bank for processing and signing of documents at 10 minutes to five , right when Ms Makhubele was to leave for home. She welcomed us with a smile and assured us that we would leave the branch with all that we required done and surely we left 45minutes later with smiles on our faces and gratitude in our hearts. This experience has reassured us of the right decision in joining FNB and further more a pleasant experience from of the many , we hope, competent and able workforce at FNB.
