Great welcome &service

<p>Rushed to Fnb in Boulders, as needed a new card since mine was blocked due to card lost. The frustration I had on seeing long queue, however I did manage to sit and wait for service. Mr. Patric who was giving the ticket assure me that i will soon be attended to with a kind smile, I did appreciate this as I had been waiting for over 40min, along with other people. Phuti, a lovely, well groomed agent who too welcomed me with a friendly greetings, I forgotten all about my frustration and lost of my time as she was efficient and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed as I understand that usually employees at costumer service are usually impatient after 4 pm but her energy, friendly face and service was outstanding. I thanked her for her great service and advice her to keep it up. Thanks to her, I left happy and now sorted with a new card and able to do phone banking for myself after she patiently took me through the steps.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
