Great until it's not

Honestly FNB is great until there is an issue, at which point you almost need to make it a full time job getting it sorted. A prime example at the moment, there is an issue with ebucks and how they are calculated as apparently I no longer have an FNB home loan and therefore don't qualify for the points. Great! in that case please make of over the deed and we can call it day. All jokes aside I've been on the secure chat almost everyday for over a week, I've logged numerous cases and I just can't get a reply. Either it's a 'not my department, not my job' or the chat closes or gets ignored.
