Great time saving innovation

My new business card was delivered to the Newton Park branch and I struggled to find the time to collect it as I know that there are normally quite long ques in the bank. I contacted the branch and Cindy explained to me how to make a booking on my app. When I got to the branch I was assisted by Thobani to activate my booking and I was assisted almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful gentleman and counter 1. This was such a great time saver and I am grateful for the innovation of the ability to book an appointment at the branch.
