We had a problem regarding an online banking application we did after a product was offered to us. On numerous occasions we called customer care and also went into this branch for help. On the 14th oct 2015 Mrs Khaya Simayile helped us with our query and not only did she enquire it but she went the extra mile in service delivery and to top it off the next day our application was approved and sorted. We would just like to express our gratitude towards someone who is so passionate about her work. Thank you Khaya! As you said it is not about the sale but about your customers financial well being! Also thank you to the branch manager Mr Bandile for following up regarding our queries.
