Great service, wish I could thank the help desk.

I called the bank to assist me with changing my device and inContact number and a lady assisted me with this, but as we were finishing up the changes, the call dropped and I managed to finish the changes, but now I can't thank her for the service, she was so friendly.

My ID Number is ********** 028080, if anyone can just check who assisted me from the call center and just go tell her I say thank you, she really helped a lot.
