Great service! What a #WIN

I've been paying monthly fees for a credit card that I never use and decided to cancel it. My day off and I just KNEW I'd have to go into the branch to have this done. I was absolutely thrilled to be able to do this with just a simple phone call. What a #WIN!!! I'm just sorry I didn't get the name of the charming young lady who assisted me. She was so friendly, professional and very helpful. I'm always grateful that I changed to FNB.
