Great service received
After being an unhappy client regarding my cheque card not being delivered previously, I went into a branch with an expectation of bad service but Jeanette from Tembisa Plaza just made my branch banking experience one to remember. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly with a touch of personalised service. I would like to celebrate and thank her for that as it is very rare to find nower days.
