Great Service received

<p>I used to go to FNB in New Germany where the service is not ideally what we expect, then I deciced to go to the fnb in Pinetown by Hill Street which is closer to my work..........WOw what an experience. The gentleman who is a service champion in my terms not sure what they are called or consultant he was so pleasant attended me from begining to the end. this is the kind of service that we expect as customers, I am very observant and expecting when it come to service since i am in the banking sector as well. Well done keep it up and these kind of staff members we need in the banking sector</p>
