Great Service. Professional Agent!

I am writing this review because I cannot rate service on the email received after my service call this morning. I spoke with Babalwa Gidigidi earlier whilst struggling to have my internet banking activated. I must admit that I took a long while to cooperate with some of the instructions she gave me to finally get my banking successfully activated. We tried quite a few things until we succeeded and Babalwa never gave up or referred me to a branch. In the end I was quite happy and appreciative of her assistance coupled with the fact that my card and online banking features were successfully activated. Great Job Babalwa!
