On 2015-04-16 I request a payout on my 32day Notice account via internet banking. I receive confirmation that the request was successful. Pay out date 18 May 2015 - so my surprise on 2015-05-18 no payout. At 15:00 i Phoned the call center of FNB and was transferred to Prince Hlophe! Prince went out of his way to determine the problem and he even call me back with feedback. WOW I was amazed by the GREAT service as I was prepared to struggle for days on end. But Thank you Prince you solve my Problem and within an Hour the money was deposited into my account. You are really an asset to the company and keep up the good work,
