Newcastle branch has done it. I have been visiting the branch to sort out my account options. Today I was blessed to be assisted by Charmaine Page, the Multi S****ed Sales and Service Consultant. This was after waiting on the phone for assisted of which never happened, the music never gave up though.

Charmaine Page was able to retrieve the quotation sent, printed, got me to sign and sent to the relevant department. This was done with professional advice on how to use my credit card efficiently, how the repayments work and when they take place. She gave an informative explanation and tempting offer on the life cover offered by FNB.
