Great service, going the extra mile.

I would like to compliment Stacey Spence of the Greenacres Branch in Port Elizabeth. From what my parents have told me, Stacey has repeatedly gone out of the way to assist my elderly parents with any queries they have had. The compassion and service that we received after my father's passing has left a lasting impression on me. As I am a current client of FNB, it certainly validated my already high opinion of the organisation.
