Great Service from Wilson at FNB
Good day, After a month of complains, Wasted airtime, fuel and time to resolve an issue, i can happily say my issue has been resolved by none other than Wilson at FNB!
He went above and beyond, gave me his personal contact number and he resolved the issue within an HOUR! While the rest of FNB's staff do not take the initiative to actually resolve a customers problem.
Wilson if you read this, i want to say thank you for all your assistance. All thanks goes to you!
The rest of you at FNB, learn wilsons customer service s****s and youd never go wrong.
Thank you Wilson, once again. I really appreciate the effort you've put in to resolve the issue on my account!
