Great service from Vivien at FNB Canal Walk

I would like to leave a positive review for FNB Bank in Canal Walk. My wife and opened opened a gold cheque account that we could use as a join account. Vivien was the staff member that helped us, she was so friendly and professional and really made the process so quick and easy. A couple later our cards arrived and we tried to activate them at the ATM as per procedure, unfortunately the bank had just closed but she recognised us even with masks, came out and helped us to activate our cards quickly which she didn't have to. Her customer service and professionalism is a testament not only to FNB but also to your brand and I hope she gets some kind of recognition from this review. Thanks Vivien, you'r a star!
